Please watch Danielle’s amazing video here…
Danielle and I (Tassia) has an amazing privilege the other week when we were invited into the adoption story of baby McKinley and his amazing parents. It started months ago with an email from his adoptive mother who was anxiously awaiting his birth from half way across the country. As Edith shared their story and their love for their unborn son, we jumped at the opportunity to be able to share this special chapter in their journey with them. As Edith explained, she and her husband would be driving out to share in McKinley’s birth. This meant that they would be hundreds of miles away from all of their friends and family at the time of his birth and adoption- and photography and videography were very important to her to be able to share these amazing first moments with McKinley’s new family and friends who also anxiously awaited his arrival back home!
Thank you so much for allowing Twinkle Photo to be there to share in and capture these first amazing moments of your son’s life. We hope that they will be a treasured piece of your family history for years to come!
My little girl got an amazing package in the mail the other week. Ruby is only 3, but the girl had good taste. Its nothing for her to pick up a Betsy Johnson bag in a store and ask if we can get it for her birthday… we don’t, but a girl should have her dreams, right!? Well, this package was a dream come true. Gleeful shrieks and giggles could be heard down the block as she pulled out the adorable mesh bags that read “Matilda Jane Clothing Company”. Matilda Jane, in my opinion, is the Betsy Johnson of little girls clothing… a little spunk, a lot of charm, and all of the whimsy and joy of childhood in beautiful fashion form.
Matilda Jane sent us a lovely little outfit from their Paint By Numbers Collection. We received the Turtle Dove Knot Top, The Stippling Tee, and the Gallery Leggins . We fell in love. The Stippling Tee and Leggins are so soft and easy to climb into. They feel like PJs or your girls favorite play clothes… but look amazing, and from what I can tell so far, hold up amazingly well in the wash (my girl is rough on clothing- cookies, climbing, jumping in the snow… she’s quite the adventerous princess and needs her clothing to fit the bill). The Knot Top is so fun! Again, super comfortable, and exciting for a little girl (and her mom) as it is filled with texture and patterns, and just calls for twirling.
Picky kid tested, artsy mommy approved… Matilda Jane Clothing are filled with wonder and delight…. the perfect expression of the awesome little girl inside!
